Ivey earns pair of Top-10 finishes in busy weekend at The Dirt Track at Charlotte

Kicking off the World Short Track Championship on Saturday after wet weather pushed the event back, Ivey competed in three divisions over the weekend at The Dirt Track at Charlotte (N.C.)–604 Late Models, 602 Late Models, and Street Stocks.

After falling back in his heat race, Ivey did not make the 602 Late Model feature on Sunday. Trent then charged forward in his last chance showdown and raced to a seventh-place finish in the 15-lap Street Stock feature. Ivey landed in his best run in the 604 Late Model show as he started seventh and earned a Top-5 finish in fourth.
