Top-5 outing with Crate Racin' USA in Southern Heritage Classic
Wheeling the Shurling Motorsports No. G4 machine, Trent Ivey joined the Crate Racin' USA tour at Needmore Speedway (Norman Park, Ga.) on Friday afternoon for the $10,000-to-win Southern Heritage Classic.
Laying down the fastest lap in his qualifying group, Ivey took the victory in his heat race and earned a second-row starting position in Saturday's finale. Trent drove to a fourth-place finish in the 50-lapper.
