Trent Ivey competes in King of the Mountain at Smoky Mountain Speedway

On Saturday afternoon, Trent Ivey made the tow to Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) for the King of the Mountain with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series.

With a stout 34-car field signed in, Ivey qualfied 13th-quickest in his group and finished seventh in his heat race. Trent fought hard for a transfer spot in his last chance qualifier but came up just short with a fourth-place finish.
